We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee our event decoration and rental company. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory tracking, maintain a clean and organized warehouse, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain accurate inventory records.
2. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
3. Ensure proper storage, handling, and maintenance of inventory.
4. Coordinate inventory receiving, inspecting, and stocking.
5. Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or damaged items.
6. Collaborate with sales team to ensure timely delivery of rentals.
7. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
8. Train staff on inventory procedures and best practices.
9. Implement inventory management software and systems.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of inventory management experience.
2. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
3. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to lift and work in a warehouse environment.
5. Proficient in inventory management software 
6. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
7. Male preferably
