We are a dynamic and growing restaurant seeking an experienced Floor Manager to join our team. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers, waiter/waitresses, and runners to ensure efficient service delivery
- Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complaints
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, and cleanliness
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager/General Manager
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Floor Manager in a high-volume restaurant
- Minimum of BSc in any related field
- Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, labor laws, and health and safety regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
