Job Brief

We are looking for a courteous and customer-focused Waiter to provide excellent dining service to our guests. The ideal candidate will take customer orders, serve food and beverages promptly, and ensure a pleasant dining experience while maintaining cleanliness and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and present menus

• Take accurate food and beverage orders

• Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally

• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in during service

• Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and specials

• Relay orders accurately to the kitchen or bar

• Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness

• Handle guest complaints politely and escalate when necessary

• Process bills and payments accurately (cash, POS, card)

• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards

• Support team members during busy periods

• Comply with company policies and service procedures

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a waiter is an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service orientation

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service

• Ability to stand for long hours and carry trays

• Good personal hygiene and neat appearance

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification
