Customer Service Officer (Supervisory Role)
We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team.. This role requires someone who loves creating great customer experiences and can confidently lead a small front-of-house team.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support customer service staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Welcome customers warmly and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
Coordinate with kitchen and production teams for timely order delivery.
Maintain cleanliness, order, and product display standards.
Train and motivate team members to deliver excellent service.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in customer service (preferably in a bakery, café, or hospitality environment).
Previous supervisory or team lead experience required.
Strong communication and people skills.
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Willingness to work weekends or holidays when needed.
