Customer Service Officer (Supervisory Role) 

We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team.. This role requires someone who loves creating great customer experiences and can confidently lead a small front-of-house team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support customer service staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Welcome customers warmly and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.

  • Coordinate with kitchen and production teams for timely order delivery.

  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and product display standards.

  • Train and motivate team members to deliver excellent service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in customer service (preferably in a bakery, café, or hospitality environment).

  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience required.

  • Strong communication and people skills.

  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

  • Willingness to work weekends or holidays when needed.
