Responsibility:
- Support the culinary team by preparing ingredients needed for a smooth meal preparation.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas at all times.
- Follow all food safety regulations to ensure proper handling and preparation of ingredients.
- Manage and organize kitchen supplies.
- Ensure proper storage and restocking of food stock when necessary.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment are used correctly and maintained in good condition.
- Work hand-in-hand with kitchen staff to support a smooth and efficient service.
- Perform other kitchen related tasks as requested.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively.
- Experience in a commercial kitchen or food service environment.
- Understanding of hygiene and food handling best practices.
- A positive attitude and proactive approach towards work.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- A strong sense of responsibility and attention to details.
